Participants in clinical research studies are followed closely by our doctors and staff. Research patients often receive diagnostic tests, physical exams, clinical evaluations and valuable education about their condition while taking part in a study. Additionally, there is a possibility for research participants to receive new medical treatments that are not yet available to the general public.
No insurance is required to participate and participants might be compensated for their time and expenses while taking part in a study. Call or apply for a study today and our trained staff will explain all of the details of participation to you. There is no obligation to participate, so call us today to find out more!

What Are Clinical Trials?
Clinical trials are research studies that investigate newer and better ways to manage medical conditions, including Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) treatments, Psoriatic Arthritis, Lupus, and Gout, among others.
New therapies, new ways to use existing therapies, or comparisons between therapies are the most common subjects studied in current clinical trials. Trials are designed to look at both efficacy and safety for the treatments being studied.
Who Can Participate In A Clinical Trial?
Every clinical trial is designed to meet a specific set of research criteria. Each study enrolls patients with certain conditions and symptoms. If you fit the guidelines for a trial, you may be able to participate. In some instances, you may be required to undergo certain tests to confirm your acceptability as a candidate, usually at no cost to you.
Deciding to Participate
There is no easy answer to the question of whether a clinical trial is right for you. Any consideration of joining a clinical trial requires a conversation between you and the Physician to weigh all the benefits and possible risks associated with it.
